Did you know that the Bleeding Disorders Foundation of North Carolina (BDFNC) has an advocacy committee? Whether you’ve been a part of this committee for 16 years or this would be your first introduction to it, we hope you’ll join us for this important Advocate Gathering!
Legislative advocacy is one of the most critical components of BDFNC’s mission, but we cannot do it without the voices of the community. Community members can easily express the importance of issues, like access to affordable health coverage and therapies, by simply sharing their stories about living with a bleeding disorder. No experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome. Join us to learn more about advocacy, the work of the BDFNC advocacy committee, and the impact your voice can have.
