Join us to build community among Latino’s affected by bleeding disorders. Jose Vazquez, Pfizer Patient Affairs Liaison, will present Shared Decision Making. Shared decision making is a partnership between people with bleeding disorders and their care teams that may help them better manage their condition. This interactive session covers how to take an active role as part of your treatment team, discuss therapy considerations, and find quality sources of information.
Following the presentation, stay for a casual discussion about the importance of community and the benefits of participating in the Uni贸n Latina Program.
