The Bleeding Disorders Foundation of North Carolina (BDFNC) invites families who have a child diagnosed with a bleeding disorder for a fun evening of family-friendly, healthy cooking. Everyone can be a chef! Involving kids in cooking is a great way to teach them healthy eating habits. Together, we’ll be cooking up a healthy meal for the family. Flour Power provides amazing cooking experiences for preschoolers to adults.
We’ll also hear from Morgan Cook, who will present Fueling Your Future with Smart Choices. A healthy lifestyle can really move you! Use healthy eating habits to fuel your body and improve your emotional well-being. Get tips on how to fuel smart when you are out or on the run.
This event is part of BDFNC’s HOPE Program, to improve the quality of life for families of children with a bleeding disorder, so that they may HOPE to lead a fulfilling life.
Space is limited for this event. Priority will be given to families with a child diagnosed with a bleeding disorder.
