Originally from St. Louis, MO, Cheri has lived in Mebane, NC since 1992. She is married and has two grown sons. Oakley, her English Goldendoodle, is the newest member of the family. Cheri has spent most of her career as a charge nurse in long term care and rehab and thoroughly enjoys working with the elderly. She has also worked as a medical transcriptionist and in billing and coding. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, and baking. She also loves attending air shows when she can. Cheri has been both a volunteer with BDFNC and a SOAR member for over a decade. She has the bleeding disorder von Willebrand disease.
