Make connections and find support in the bleeding disorders community!
In September, let’s talk about your experiences sending your child with a bleeding disorder to school or daycare! Have you set up a 504 plan or an individualized health plan? How do you share information without freaking out your kids’ teachers? Join us to talk about successes, challenges, and other things to consider.
Community Conversations are held on the third Tuesday of the month on Zoom. Open to all adults in the North Carolina bleeding disorders community, this initiative connects people from across the state who share similar experiences. While there is no set agenda, each meeting has activities allowing people to connect, talk, and share struggles and triumphs.
