Hotel Information

Available to BDFNC members who are traveling from outside of the Charlotte area.
If you are from the Charlotte area and would like a hotel room, please contact events@bleedingdisordersnc.org or call 919-319-0014 to find out about room availability.
A limited number of rooms will be available on Friday night. You will be responsible for paying for the room charges on Friday night. The Hilton Charlotte Airport is providing a rate of $149 per night.

The BDFNC office will be closed from December 22 to January 4 for the holiday season. Please note: All assistance programs will be paused (you can still apply) and applications will be reviewed once the office re-opens.
