Blair began her journey with BDFNC in December 2023. After earning a BS in Biology from James Madison University in Virginia, Blair moved to North Carolina to pursue a fulfilling career in genetic counseling. Blair graduated from the Wake Forest Genetic Counseling Program in 2026. Blair worked alongside a bleeding disorders genetic counselor, which led her to the Bleeding Disorders Foundation of North Carolina. Blair is deeply passionate about understanding and supporting the bleeding disorders community. Outside of the office, Blair enjoys paddleboarding, playing Mario Kart with her friends, and sharing cuddles with her cat, Kora.
