Meet our guest speakers!

Kenneth McElderry has spent over 20 years holding various roles within the nonprofit sector and has an extensive background in operations, fundraising development, and volunteer and leadership management at local, regional, state-wide, and nationally affiliated non-profit organizations. His current role is Director of Chapter Development at NBDF, which is within the Chapter Development Department at NBDF.

Patti Williford serves as Manager of Chapter Advancement in the Chapter Development Department at NBDF. In her role, she supports chapters across the country with their local walks, which raise vital funds and awareness for bleeding disorders. Before joining NBDF, she worked as Program Coordinator for the Hemophilia Association of the Capital Area, and she has been an active member of the Virginia Bleeding Disorders Foundation for nearly 20 years.
