Join the Bleeding Disorders Foundation of North Carolina for a special evening of good food and great company! In partnership with Pfizer, this education dinner offers a chance to connect with fellow community members in the Raleigh area.

In addition to a delicious dinner with fellow community members, the education topic will be:

Adversity, Strength, and Resilience – Coping with a chronic condition, communicating with the health care team and others, financial considerations of health care through life stages, and the importance of staying physically active with appropriate activities are all addressed in this overview. This discussion includes modules on communication with your health care team, staying physically active, managing your care, treatment support, and an insurance review.

Registration is closed. Please contact the BDFNC office to see if space is available.

We are on a waiting list but please register as we typically receive cancellations leading up to the event.

Thank you to our amazing sponsor!

This presentation is being offered as a public service only. As a non-profit advocate for the bleeding disorders community, BDFNC does not endorse any treatment products, manufacturers, home care services, or individual medical providers.
