This essential event is designed to empower families, students, and school staff with the tools and knowledge necessary to create a safe, supportive, and successful learning environment for students with bleeding disorders, from preschool through college.

What you’ll learn:

  • Creating effective 504 Plans

  • Developing personalized Individualized Health Plans (IHPs)

  • Understanding and navigating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

  • How students, parents, families, and educators can work together as a team

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to strengthen existing support, this is your opportunity to prepare, connect, and advocate for your student’s success in every stage of their educational journey.

Because of expected demand, we are offering this program on two different dates. Please indicate your preferred date on your registration
