Alisha Curtiss has been employed as a Clinic Administrator at Novant Health for nearly 20 years. Over the years, she has been involved with BDFNC as a Community Leader and Parent Mentor. Alisha led the Community Conversations, a forum where attendees could openly discuss the barriers and successes they experienced in managing bleeding disorders while supporting one another.

She enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering as a firefighter and EMT, and riding four-wheelers. As a woman with hemophilia and the mother of two sons with hemophilia, she values the programs and services that BDFNC provides and looks forward to supporting the organization as a Volunteer Board Member.
