Registration is Open for an Exciting, Fun-Filled Weekend
We Hope You Will Join us for the Teen Retreat!
New Location in At Rockfish Camp & Retreat Center in Parkton, NC!!!!
Are you ready teens? Get excited for a weekend adventure with activities and sessions that will challenge you, inform you, and inspire you. Share your ideas on how to make a positive impact on yourself and the community!
The Bleeding Disorders Foundation of North Carolina (BDFNC) and the Bleeding Disorders Association of South Carolina (BDASC) are teaming up once again to provide this program for FREE. That means lodging, transportation, meals, and all activities are covered so you can enjoy the weekend adventure! Plus, you can bring a friend. Don’t miss out!
Who can attend?
All teens, 13-18, in the bleeding disorders community. This includes teens diagnosed with a bleeding disorder, siblings of someone diagnosed with a bleeding disorder, and children of an adult diagnosed with a bleeding disorder. Plus, all teen participants can bring a friend, as long as the friend is also a teen.
Transportation
BDFNC is providing bus transportation from Greenville, NC, the BDFNC office in Morrisville, NC, and Charlotte, NC. You are also welcome to drive yourself. Travel assistance is available. Please indicate in your registration your transportation preference. The exact Travel Itinerary will be available soon.
Registration is required for all participants.
Medical Care & Chaperones
Robin Jones, RN, will be our staff nurse again this year. BDFNC and BDASC staff, past teen retreat attendees, and other trusted volunteers will be the retreat chaperones.
In addition to the online registration, all forms will need to be included by all participants. Parents and teens will need to sign forms. One form per participant.
