Originally from New York, Dan attended college in Florida before settling in Charlotte in 2015. He currently resides in Waxhaw with his wife and three children. Dan’s middle child was diagnosed with a mild case of hemophilia. Dan’s professional journey spans over 15 years in public accounting, where he currently serves as a Director of Assurance Services at Cherry Bekaert. Within the firm’s Government and Public Sector industry group, Dan plays a pivotal role, leveraging his expertise to guide organizations through financial and compliance audits, including adherence to Federal and state compliance requirements. In addition to his professional pursuits, Dan is an avid runner, having completed five half-marathons and aspiring to tackle a marathon in the near future.
